   These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers within the European Union through our website.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
   A contract is concluded once you place an order and receive our order confirmation by email.
4. Prices & Payment

• Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT.
• Shipping costs are flat-rate: 9 EUR.
• Payments can be made via SEPA transfer. Card payments will be available soon.

5. Shipping

• We ship within the EU using local courier companies.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal
   Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. See our Reclamation & Returns Policy for details.
7. Liability
   We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure. Our liability for defects follows EU consumer protection laws.
8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by Czech law and the courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order placement applies.
